Registration is Now Open for Camp Oo Koo Lay Lay

This is it!

The moment you’ve been waiting for: The opening of registration for Camp Oo-Koo-Lay-Lay, five days of ‘ukulele instruction, fun, and mischief on the shores of beautiful Lake Berryessa in Northern California, May 31 – June 4.

The staff is growing and we’ll let you know as we add more instructors. And the schedule, too, is still a work in progress.  But what we do know from last year is that with your enthusiasm and help, we are able to offer more fun with your ‘ukulele than you ever dreamed possible.  And now, with the lake, we can add ukulele paddle races!

Do you remember how much fun summer camp was when you were a kid?  Well, why should kids have all the fun?

Here’s the scoop:

Full Registration $349

The full registration fee covers all classes and workshops for one person, Wednesday – Sunday, and provides  a place to pitch your tent or park your trailer or motor home at the brand new Berrysessa Eco-Camp (with composting toilets and hot showers–bring quarters!).   And if that doesn’t float your boat, you will also have the option of renting one of the new tent cabins (each one sleeps eight) situated on the shores of the lake.

Companion Registration $289 or $199

Are you bringing your spouse?  A friend? Or any one else?

If they plan on bringing their uke and taking classes AND they will be sharing a tent, trailer, or motor home with you, then the registration fee for them is an additional $289.

If they plan on bringing a book, a kayak or inner-tube, and are happy just sitting in the shade of a grand old oak, paddling the waters in the lake, and/or listening to the rest of us make merry, then the fee for them is an additional $199.

If you are bringing a kid, 12-years old or less, there is no additional fee provided there is a responsible adult along.

Tent Cabin Registration $180

If you don’t feel like pitching a tent or hauling a trailer, you might want to rent one of the 8 tent cabins that are available.  The $180 covers the entire cabin and you can keep it all to yourself, or share it with others, as you see fit.  Each cabin has 4 bunk beds and sleeps 8.

If you’re still interested (and we hope you are), you can register by downloading and printing the registration form, filling it out and sending it, along with your check, to the address provided on the form.

Register Now!

We’d hate for you to miss any of the fun!

Please note: Weekend Registration will open soon!  We’ll let you know!
