So maybe 5 days of ‘ukulele fun and mischief, May 31 through June 4, on the shores of beautiful Lake Berryessa sounds like a little too much fun! Maybe you only want to join us for the week-end, June 2 – 4. Well, that’ll work too because we have just opened Week-end Registration for Camp Oo-Koo-Lay-Lay, at the Lake Berryessa Eco-Camp, the most fun you can have with your ‘ukulele on!
Here’s the scoop:
Full Registration $349, Week-end Registration $209
The full registration fee covers all classes and workshops for one person, Wednesday – Sunday, and provides a place to pitch your tent or park your trailer or motor home at the brand new Berrysessa Eco-Camp (with composting toilets and hot showers–bring quarters!). And if that doesn’t float your boat, you will also have the option of renting one of the new tent cabins (each one sleeps eight) situated on the shores of the lake. (Weekend registration includes all the Friday evening festivities, Saturday and Sunday morning!)
Companion Registration $289 or $199, Week-end companions $173 or $119
If they plan on bringing their uke and taking classes AND they will be sharing a tent, trailer, or motor home with you, then the registration fee for them is an additional $289 (full) or $173 (week-end).
If they plan on bringing a book, a kayak or inner-tube, and are happy just sitting in the shade of a grand old oak, paddling the waters in the lake, and/or listening to the rest of us make merry, then the fee for them is an additional $199 (full) or $119 (week-end).
If you are bringing a kid, 12-years old or less, there is no additional fee provided there is a responsible adult along. (And, no, the kid cannot be the responsible one!)
Tent Cabin Registration $180, Week-end Tent $108
If you don’t feel like pitching a tent or hauling a trailer, you might want to rent one of the 8 tent cabins that are available. The $180 covers the entire cabin and you can keep it all to yourself, or share it with others, as you see fit for Wednesday – Sunday, and $108 covers the cost for Friday – Sunday. Each cabin has 4 bunk beds and sleeps 8.
Lake Berryessa is full AND the camp’s boat dock is now afloat! (Don’t ask….) And we plan on using both!
So please, come join us for a week-end of ‘ukulele instruction, camaraderie, and all out merriment!
You can register by downloading and printing the registration form, filling it out and sending it, along with your check, to the address provided on the form.
Hope to see you there!
